A somatic healing practice that takes you from avoiding your emotions — to receiving their wisdom. From safety to power.
A somatic healing practice that takes you from avoiding your emotions — to receiving their wisdom. From safety to power.
You're body remembers everything. Not just your mind. Your body. The unprocessed emotions, the stored memories, the energy that got lodged in your tissue, your nervous system, your cells — sometimes before you even had thoughts forming in your mind. And what your body is holding is quietly running your life. Influencing your thoughts, your relationships, your patterns, your health — all below the level of conscious awareness. Your body is your subconscious. And when we heal the body, we heal at the source.
The Embodiment Process combines the revolutionary understanding that our bodies hold memory and emotion, with somatic practices, connecting us to our bodies revealing a wisdom deeper than logic alone.
Embodiment is empowerment.
Hear me out! You've done the therapy. The journaling. The affirmations. And something still feels stuck. The same patterns. The same fears. The same feelings you thought you'd already healed.
Here's why: your thoughts are not the source of the problem. They are the a symptom of it. Your thoughts are a reflection, a result, of what is stored unprocessed in the body. When we only work with the mind, we're working at the level of the symptom, Fighting a losing battle. Coping and seeing minor change at best but not experiencing the growth and transformation that we truly desire! The real source — the hive — the trapped energy and emotions, live in the body, and in order to heal for real we need to heal at the source.
"Swat the bees one by one and they keep coming. Find the hive — and you remove the source entirely."
Your thoughts are the bees. The unprocessed emotion stored in your body is the hive. Somatic healing goes to the source — healing the body and quieting the mind all at once.

We slow way down and notice where sensation, not story, begins to emerge. Where does this show up in the body? What does it feel like? What does it want? We listen to the body, not the mind.
We intentionally invite the emotion we want to work with. We don't wait to be triggered — we get ahead of it. This is how you become the creator of your life.

We let it move — through breath, posture, sound, movement. The body leads. We stop trying to push it down and actually be with what's rising.

The Embodiment Process is a guided somatic practice that moves you through seven intentional stages — not just to release what's stored in your body, but to receive its wisdom and walk away empowered.

We bring expression to the emotion allowing it to be heard, felt, met, understood and honoured. Expression is connection to the stuck points opening space to let go.

We release. Physically, energetically, expressively. We let it out and create space — genuine space — for something new to arrive.

We inquire inwards into the space and connection we have created enough to allow us to now receive the power and wisdom of the emotion.
In that space, we receive the wisdom of the body. We ask questions. We receive answers. And we move into aligned, integrated, embodied action.

After 4 weeks you will feel more embodied, empowered and confident being with your emotions, living in your body and integrating it's wisdom.
You will be given an audio recording of the practice so that you can feel empowered to have your healing in your own hands.
I will personally and intuitively guide you through The Embodiment Process, holding space for you to fully feel and heal.
Commit 4 weeks to your healing and embodiment. This commitment will ensure success and sustainability in your healing.
When you release what the body has been holding, something remarkable happens. Your truth begins to rise. Your power begins to emerge. You remember — or maybe discover for the first time — who you actually are.
