You're body remembers everything. Not just your mind. Your body. The unprocessed emotions, the stored memories, the energy that got lodged in your tissue, your nervous system, your cells — sometimes before you even had thoughts forming in your mind. And what your body is holding is quietly running your life. Influencing your thoughts, your relationships, your patterns, your health — all below the level of conscious awareness. Your body is your subconscious. And when we heal the body, we heal at the source.

The Embodiment Process combines the revolutionary understanding that our bodies hold memory and emotion, with somatic practices, connecting us to our bodies revealing a wisdom deeper than logic alone.
