I Feel You.

Just like you, I have journeyed through many chapters in my life, each shaping me in profound ways, yet the persistent voice of my authentic self has always called me forward. My childhood was very lonely and I experienced many traumatic events that negatively impacted the way I felt about myself and how I moved through the world. I became a single-mom at 19 while entering college, and although my son is truly my greatest gift, that was the most difficult and depressing time of my life. I later met the man I believed to be the love of my life, finally feeling safe and settled when after 11 years together he confessed to a deep betrayal that led to our divorce and more deep healing work.

I see you, I feel you, I am you. 

Through everything I have been through, I can say for certain that my true self has been guiding me from inside the whole way. Leading me back to myself and into deeper authenticity and alignment than I ever thought possible. Following my alignment has been a journey of constant evolution, deep commitment to myself and true experiences of fulfillment and love. I continue to discover parts of myself I never knew existed. This, to me, is the essence of healing: healing the past, and reconnecting with the ever evolving essence of who we truly are.
