Through body-centered practices such as yoga, parts work, breathwork, and The Embodiment Process, Somatic Therapy supports you in safely processing what has been stored in your tissues, muscles, and nervous system over time. Rather than retelling or reliving your story, you are guided to notice, feel, and gently complete the cycles of emotional stress responses that have been held unconsciously within you moving into a space of embodiment and empowerment.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to connect with your body as a guide—moving in harmony with its natural rhythms, creating space for deep release, realignment, and a calmer, quieter mind. You can expect to experience yoga, IFS, Massage, Reiki, Breathwork or Hypnotherapy as Somatic Based tools to access the body.
